    Cheeky b*ggers....got a letter today saying they didn't send my order because I hadn't paid £15.

    I rung them up and they said the marketing department have withdrawn the offer.....I told him that wasn't good enough because they'd already accepted the order and I had printed the page off....nothing.

    I then check my bank account and they've actually taken the £15.

    So not only are they not sending the order but they've taken the money too....!!!!!!....a complete con job to get people to order and get their card details so they can take the money.....at least I know not to ever use them again

    Unfortunately for them I've contacted my bank and they've said if I send them the letter I received from woolies and the print of the order confirmation they'll give me my money back and chase woolies....

    I've also noticed on the woolworths site that they are an accredited retailer under the Internet Shopping Is Safe banner.

    I suggest anyone who has had problems visit the site (http://isisaccreditation.imrg.org/) and lodge a complaint as shopping with woolworths is clearly not safe.

    Another interesting point is that when looking at the order tracking it doesn't say anything about the payment it says credit rejected....I don't remember applying for credit....how many consumer laws do they want to break?

    I just got this response after I emailed them over the weekend...

    So, fingers crossed I will actually get the £15.00 back into my account! Will wait and see what shows up...!

    JENNIFER keep us update as to what happens with the refund. I think im going to wait until I get the second part of my order then i'll send them an email about the refund.

    Hello,

    Well after posting yesterday...I checked my bank account - and...the £15 has already been recredited to my account!!

    I don't know if this is because it's the day after my second item was actually delivered - or if it's because I emailed.

    But, I would say that if it doesn't show up in your account the day after delivery, then I would definitely email them asking for the refund!!
