Yes all is well in Budgie land, still worrying about the snow and getting to work, but that is the same for us all.
Re: my volunteering, not heard back from the phoneline charity, but I also emailed a mental health charity. I am going in 2 weeks to meet them to hopefully start as a support worker. They just want to speak to the members first, to see if they are ok with this. (It is one to one support)
So quite looking forward to that and the centre is only about a 20min walk away. So I could still get there if the weather is bad etc.
