Had a weight lifted from my shoulders this morning. Went to the doctor's this morning as I have been displaying symptoms of Diabetes but a little blood test confirmed that all is OK in that department.
Have to keep an eye on my weight though. If I continue to lose weight (for no apparant reason) then I have to go back for further investigation.
I actually lost 4-5lbs over Christmas....I ate LOADS, so I should've gained. Weighed myself again last night and I'd lost another lb. Very odd!

I understand. The ladies in the office are also, but they are also trying to shove as much cake and sweets etc down my throat as possible as I am now 'too skinny' in their eyes. I hate thatReminds me of when I was little and all anyone ever seemed to say was 'ohhh, aren't you a skinny little thing'.
Sorry, I know lots of people would love to have that problem, but it gets to you after a while. It's not like they would say 'ohhhh, aren't you a fat little thing' to an overweight child. Why is it OK to comment on someone's weight when they are slim, but not when they are overweight? Why does anyone else feel the need to comment on my weight at all?
I mean, if I wasn't eating, or if I was throwing up after eating or something, I could understand. But that is not the case and they know it.
Anyway, rant over. I'm bl00dy starving. Roll on 12.30pm!February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
