Just jump on a plane to Prague and visit a certain parlour where for very little money you can get an hour, with the option of a dvd of it at the end!!! Apparently it's cheap as it's streamed live to subscribers over the internet.....
Two guys I know received their dvds yesterday and spent a very entertaining morning watching each others!
 :rotfl: the things people will do!£50.22 to the evil egg!
Need to start with the dreaded ebaying again soon or I will be running out of money before I run out of month. OH has had no work to speak of since Christmas and his MOT & service have added to cc debt:mad:
Pleased to say I am still in current job until end of March, then hopefully redeployed, but maybe on less money:eek: so I really need to attack those cards now.
Hoping for at least 5 NSD this week.
Have a happy Monday,
Pip

Fingers crossed things work out ok on the job front. It's a nightmare having to juggle all the time isn't it? xpsychopathbabble wrote: »
Lemma - sending :grouphug: your way... being in a low mood seems to be a group trend at the moment! Hugs for anyone that needs it... I'm off to the second counselling session this morning, and I'm looking forward to it as I felt so much better last week.
It's good it worked for you. I hope today's session goes just as wellOne step at a time0 -

If you have enogh money to pay the gas/leckie then why bother checking? Just roll with it,then, when you're a few grand in credit with the company, cancel the DD and you'll feel like you're saving £330.00 a month:D
Hehe - you wouldn't want to read my SOA - trust me on that one!! :rotfl::rotfl:
I use a lot of gas/leccy, must do to be paying that but apparently its only for 6 months then drops to £150 again - so must have been in debit I guess.
Money and me don't get on, I know I never spend what I earn so never check, bad move I guess but - habit! :eek:2010 - year of the troll

Very bad move! Just imagine all those trips to Amsterdam you could have if you kept tighter control of the budget? :rotfl::rotfl:
You must have a big house though if your gas/electric is that high!
There is no longer a penny that leaves my account that I am not aware of/ expecting, and it's sooooooo much better that way.
On a separate note, I'm hoping that *maybe* one of OH's favourite bands/artists plays here sometime this year. I think it would be a great Birthday present. Except, none of them seem to be playing here! Germany, Belgium and UK....yes, but here...no. Grrrrr.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -

8 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 4 garages, east wing and west wing plus a stable out the back so not that big, no bigger than a poxy 19 acres....
(I have a normal 4 bed / 3 bath lol) :rotfl:euronorris wrote: »There is no longer a penny that leaves my account that I am not aware of/ expecting, and it's sooooooo much better that way.
No wonder my wife is happy, she just says I want this and I say fine, go get it - she doesn't know what is in there - but then nor do I - evidently - lol:o

Don't make me jealous! Although, a fair amount of my 'spare' income is spent on visits home.
Mika lol?:D
Mika? Mika?! Well, I would love it. OH's worst nightmare though! Occasionally, some of the big acts do shows in the smaller venues here. Like N.E.R.D, for example. My Manager is going with her fella and bought a couple extra tickets to sell online for a profit!
I've looked at Black Eyed Peas, AC/DC, The Prodigy and U2. All of which I know he'll love, but none seem to have concerts in NL this yearGoing to UK wouldn't be too bad, but you then have to add on travel and accomodation costs. Makes it too expensive for my little wallet
And LowLands, the festival we went to in Aug 09, is now €155 per ticket! (I won the tickets last year, but I remember the retail price was around €100 last year).
Oh, NID - You'd probably love LowLands! I did and they had sooooo many good acts! We cheated a bit though and stayed in a podpadFebruary wins: Theatre tickets0 -
PaD of £100 please today.
I don't understand why but I am feeling so low at the moment. I don't seem to be able to shake myself out of it.
Hope you all have a good week x
Sorry to hear that. Working hard but having no time or room for little treats can feel a bit bad can't it? Hope things pick up soon.0 -

We had snow overnight  but the sun is out and hopefully it'll all be gone soon :j
NID - can't believe how much you pay in gas/elec a month!! are you growing your own??:rotfl::rotfl:
Pad today is £5 OH, £2 cap1 and £2 egg
£9
You've reminded me of a funny story my friend once tolds me. Many years ago he was growing his own under ultra violet lamps in the loft. His electricity bills were so high that the electric company asked to come round to check the meter and wiring. He had to keep finding excuses to put them off. Anyway, it was winter and there was loads of snow and ice on everyone's roof in the area - all except his which was totally clear LOL.0 -
Have you all heard of ReadItSwapIt website? I signed up ages ago but only today bothered to make a list of books I have and books I want. If you are a huge bookworm like me it's worth a look! Incredibly MSE!
50minutes isn't long enough to properly get into this talking thing. But I'm sure it's doing some good!
Lowlands is meant to be good... I'm thinking about V this year and I have the time off ready for Latitude (a relatively new festival) but not sure if I'll go this year.Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16
