morning everyone! all quiet here on the weather front now, just lots and lots of lying snow. fingers crossed that school is back on for tomorrow - after 2 weeks of xmas hols, the boys have had enough of each other and are being vile!

the puppy loves the snow, she's asleep under my chair now as just got back from big walk. talking of foot gear, noticed today that my wellies have split!:eek: will see if i can mend them with duct tape once dry (split on the top bit of foot) otherwise it will be a new pair of wellies i'm afraid - can't do without them...
125.00 to argos today. few more months and it will all be gone...

stay safe, everyone. and mary - having grown up in the northeast of America, i can imagine what your snow must be like up there - but still exciting for us softies :D south of the border as we just never get snow like this!:p my DH, who is 37, is certain he has never known snow like it! post some piccies when you can! xx
Mortgage free as of 11/11/15 !
:Anow... to start some serious saving :A

Hi All, Overpayment of £6 on the CC today £5 from my bonus and £1 to round down my account
  • Good afternoon padders! :j
I have today started a fund for a wood burning stove I know they are expensive but my little house is freeeezing and my coal fire is sadly lacking in fuel efficiency so the grand sum of £2.00 goes to the new fund and £2.00 to the binkleycard
So - great Green -today's Pad is £4.00
Does saving for a stove count ? I hope so as it's the only way that I can think to make me warm and yes I have got a hottie bottle on my lap at the mo!
May you fill up the great clutterbucket of life and may all of your leaks be in cheese sauce:D
Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without:cool:

    Afternoon PADders!!! :)

I love snow...but i've had to cancel all my clients for today and tomorrow...which sucks, luckily most of them are rebooked - this really isnt the ideal time of the year for a personal trainer to be snowed in!

Anyway, £59 to the EGGY and Virgin cards, the only thing left to do now is switch the PS3 on and get lost in COD6 - frag out! :D

EDIT: I've just chucked another £50 onto the Virgin card....special "snow payment"... ;)
Bank loan was £18,202.32 now £441.53
    Egg C/C @ 0% was £1467.75 now £582.99
    Virgin CC @ 0% was £2827.54 now £1974.34
    £3,121.15 Remaining...DEBT FREE >>> Potentially now September 2010!!!
    :D MINT CC & Abbey CC CLOSED:D

OK, now it's snowing heavily here.

I checked the Haarlem webcam also and it has been snowing there for a while, and completely covered. Seriously concerned about getting home now. Eek!
