27 seconds? Is that all it takes? How very disappointing! :rotfl::rotfl:
Work was manic yesterday and I had to stay late. Reviewing that many payrolls leads to backache, neckache and eye strain! lol. So, I have the ingredients for pancakes, but just could NOT be bothered! haha
Somehow, I managed to get the OH to agree to make us a bacon buttie each!! I'm still trying to figure out how so I can repeat it! :rotfl::rotfl: Might have something to do with me pointing out how much his work has messed up his payroll and that all the costs associated with their f'ck up is their responsibility. Went from them insisting he owed over 12k in taxes (:eek::eek:) to them having to apologise, admit they are liable for the costs (they've been collecting the tax every month!!) and ask my firm to sort out his payroll! hahaha Dumb@sses!!!
He's a sweetheart. He also transferred €50 to my account last week to tide me over til payday, as he 'didn't want me to struggle'. Bless him!
ANyway, best get back on with work.
Have a good day everyone! Am hoping to have pancakes tonight instead! Yummy!February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
I have just got up to an email from the !!!!. Seems we are both going through the same thing with depression, but clearly as he is a man his response is to bury his head in the sand. Not accepting the excuse, don't worry, but at least next time I'm over that way with some of my friends I don't have to panic about seeing him.
Euro - Glad you have sort of got Mr Euros tax thing sorted! I'm having pancakes tomorrow night instead, can't wait!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

Well, it's about bl00dy time!! But...at least he's bothered to explain, even if he is really late, it's more than some guys do.
I'm glad you've received an explanation and 'closure', so to speak. At least you can stop wondering 'why?' now.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -

If he had sent this even just a couple of days ago I would have been reacting very differently. To be honest I feel sorry for him, he is wrecking his own life and chances... he is a lovely guy but needs to sort his head out. Ok I might be depressed but at least I don't push everyone away and behave like him. But yes, at least I have got some sort of closure and can stop worrying about what I did!!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16
