Hey Danko
When I've ever written one (long time ago now) I've used it as a way to give reasons and the background for what you are doing, linking to current issues, programmes of study and the aims and values from the NC. An example here that might help... It's basically an outline of what you plan to do with your reasoning. (I hope that helps a bit and I've not told you wrong
)
I forgot to post on here yesterday even though I was catching up with the thread, not sure why! But my pad for today and yesterday is just £2 so I wouldn't have helped much with the total!
I wonder if anyone has any experience or advice on a bit of a problem, on behalf of my bloke? You may remember that he's had his LBM and I am now acting as his 'debt management advisor' (with a little help from MSE!).
Well anyway he's got a 3 mobile phone, and when we went through all his debts it turned out that he owes them 230quid as he hasn't been paying anything  (randomly they haven't cut it off *confused*). So I've said thathe should ring them up and offer to pay £40 for the next 6 months on top of his normal payment by direct debit so they know they are going to get it. This will have him back to neutral in 6 months, do you reckon they will accept this? Anyone had to do something similar? Honestly this is like dealing with a teenager :rotfl:
Hope you are all well anyway - I'm of to the mobiles board!

glad you reminded lol I've got one :j but it has made me think twice about some jokes I would've put on without thinking, since that one the other week
Did you hear about the teacher who was helping one of her reception class pupils put on his boots?
He asked for help and she could see why.
Even with her pulling and him pushing, the little boots
still didn't want to go on.
By the time they got the second boot on, she had worked up a sweat.
She almost cried when the little boy said, 'Teacher,
they're on the wrong feet.'
She looked, and sure enough, they were.
It wasn't any easier pulling the boots off than it was
putting them on.
She managed to keep her cool as, together, they worked to get the boots back on, this time on the correct feet.
He then announced, 'These aren't my boots.'
She bit her tongue, rather than get right in his face and
scream, 'Why didn't you say so? ' like she wanted to.
Once again she struggled to help him pull the ill-fitting
boots off his little feet.
No sooner had they got the boots off when he said,
'They're my brother's boots. My Mum made me wear 'em.'
Now she didn't know if she should laugh or cry.
But she mustered up what grace and courage she had left to wrestle the boots on his feet again.
Helping him into his coat, she asked, 'Now, where are your mittens?'
He said, 'I stuffed 'em in the toes of my boots.' :rotfl::rotfl:
