lol!!! i get stuck on Farm ville with the new cash thing. how do u earn money? not gold but the actual paper money u use to buy fuel? xx

You get 1fv cash for every level you go up you might get 1fv cash in the mystery gift boxes some people have but not me:( other than that you have to buy them which is something I will not be doing.

You do get 5 fuel refills for every collectable set you get if that helps.

Are we neighbours? I have lost track of everybodys names if not pm me I only need one more neighbour for my blue ribbon:cool:

Oh by the way PAD today £20 to the minty one forgot again yesterday:o:owill try to do better next month on pink Keza month :rotfl:

    Hi everyone,

    Just 2p for me today.

Took a sledgehammer to the bathroom today, trying to bust out of my fuggy mood. Feel better for it tbh although my back is killing and I'm really regretting breaking my bath up into lots of little pieces!

    Glad hump day is over...

Ok this isnt a PAD but you guys seem to talk about random things so here goes...

My favourite tipple is Bacardi and Coke, but as i am trying to be careful with money i usually buy one of the supermarkets own brand bottles of white rum.
While looking for the cheapest offering this week i found that Sainsburys do a Basics version of white rum for £7.48.
That looks good i thought, so i picked a bottle up to check alcohol content was up to scratch etc :o and was really shocked to find....it was in a plastic bottle
It looked like glass until i picked it up. I thought about it for a while before i went ahead and bought one.
Am sat here drinking it now and it tastes fine but just feels weird each time i pick up the bottle to top up my glass.
I suppose the drunker i get the less i will notice :rotfl:
Maybe all alcohol will be in plastic bottles soon
    Errrr...come back later ;)

    Hello everyone!

I'm having a really good week this week, not sure whats making it good I just feel kinda happy if that makes any sense at all?! (btw where is *confused smily* gone?)

I had a go on a potters wheel for the first time today too - I wasn't very good but I did manage to make a squashed ear (and a mess...) :rotfl:No sign of Patrick Swayze though.

My pad for today is another £1 please Green. Only one more pad to go till payday so I'll probably just clear out my spends account. I did have about a tenner left in there but stupid me forgot to get stuff out of the freezer for dinner so I had to buy food on the way home from work. And that meant I had to buy one of these maltesers bunnies... OMG you have to try one if you haven't already!!!

Right I'm off to try and get the clay out from under my nails!

    See ya later xx

With regards to the missing smilies you can find the answer here...
    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=2223403

Apparentley the 'rolleyes' and 'confused' smilies were deemed offensive to newbies???

When i first read it i thought it must be April 1st, cant see the sense in it to be honest.

There are several threads on the Site Feedback forum :(

Oh dear - how random (great place for a sadly banned confused smilie)?

I feel sorry now for the poor little abandoned smillie sitting there shrugging its shoulders for eternity, and the poor little rolling eyes smilie rolling his eyes in cyberspace at the unfariness of it all...

Sadly, it isn't over the top safety nonsense.....I've seen the photographic evidence to the contrary :(

If these seats weaken so quickly then why are they -

    a) meant to last until a child is a certain age?

What is it different from 1 child being in the same seat for 3years but 2 children can't share it for 3 years?

    b) made out of cheap plastic c*ap?

I don't believe that these seats are designed with safey in mind. The Britax one we have for DD was £120 and all you do to strap it in is put a seatbelt round the back of it, that's no different, in my opinion, to just putting a seatbelt on a 2year old.

The one we have for DS is also Britax but it came free with the pram we bought for DD. All you do to that one is put the seatbelt over it like you would yourself (the lap bit goes where the feet are and the body bit goes around the back) and again, I don't feel that is very safe as a sudden jerk of the car would make the seat move anyway.

Although these seats keep little people from jumping around the car, they aren't keeping them safe so when people start talking about using a car seat for a few months and chucking it out, I believe it's over the top safety nonsense as the kid was never 100% safe in the first place.

I know there's more chance of survival if a child is in a car seat but it seems to me that since it was made law for kids under a certain height/age to be in them, the manufacturers are just throwing them out of the factories with no regard to safety...

But that is just my opinion :)
