    Tenmah - I love your sig.
    Macgirl - I already have a PT job, a lodger and do mystery shops so I have a bit of cash coming in. I am applying for FT jobs at the moment and I'm waiting to hear about a temporary post on Monday. Been told about a job coming up in March that an employer has practically begged me to apply for.
    So it's sort of yes and no scary - also this time last year I had no job. And the stress is lessened since working seven days a week - since the end of August I've cleared virtually £7k of arrears so the house is safe or safer, than it was......all thanks to addictive padding :kiss:
    Thanks for the encouragement MC - and everyone else. This is such a lovely thread...I got to hear about the Lloyds thing after doing a survey to improve their website....and the overdraft thing was an option of what you could have. I wrote quite a bit at the end about it in the comments box....

    Have been reading this thread and wondered what the mum's on here thought about taking cash from their kids? (Not on the scale that I borrowed the kids' money...we're talking 10k)

    The OP wants to use the cash for her 6YEAR OLD DAUGHTER'S LIVING EXPENSES!!

    Personally, I agree with the first few posters - especially the second one:

    "I hope this is a joke if not then whhoaaaaaaaaaaaaa mama you is baaddd."

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    It's the daughter's money, put in trust for her, not to pay the parent's mortgage. They sound like they owe a bit of money - don't we all - but are hardly desitute.

    They are only morally bankrupt. :cool: Mitts off, I say.

    Hi everyone
    I've been really bored today, even though I've got work to do I can't be bothered to do it! So in my procrastination attempts, so far today I have tried out home made crisps in the microwave (worked ok but probably more hassle that it's worth) and some bourbon biscuits (from a made up recipe based on the stuff I had in the house) which have been rather more successful! So I'm offering all the padders a virtual homemade bourbon to go with your mid afternoon teas and coffees! :A

    My pad for today is 20p again, only 6 days till payday...

    xx
    Ths signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it... :o
