& Whats wrong with that, many can't stump up either £60 nor the new £75 quid just like that.

So Why not accept installments first time round when they did second time round anyway. They're so incompetent, I could have paid it off by the end of 08 instead of paying in installments starting June 09!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So you get that this has cost the tax payer enormous costs in paperwork and time by delaying what would have been paid anyway, a LOT earlier!!:o

Not saying anythings wrong with that, just that thems are the rules :D

Presume they don't make installments acceptable on a FPN as they would then have no way to enforce recovery on those who do not keep to their payment schedule?

Can you 2 wait until around 8pm when the kids are in bed and I can lie on the bed with my laptop for the 2nd installment of bootski v sjpink ?
Don't know about bootski but I'm not on the sauce tonight, so may not be much fun.

Plus I'd better go and iron my shirt and straighten my hair ready for a lovely relaxing day back at the office, after weeks of lovely relaxing days off at home :A

Hmm! Yeah Go and iron your hair and your shirt, before you go back to the office, cause you won't get another relaxing week for months to come

Well since I didn't write the rules, presume is the best thing I can do. ;)

Why do you 'think' they don't allow installment payments on fixed penlaty notices? :A

& why do you "think" they do once it's gone to court, adding the new £15, with all the documentation they have anyway?:j

Because courts are obliged to take into account income when ordering repayment arrangements :A
