    Who asks for it before court? The fixed penlty office people don't - they just ask for payment and driving licence

    Yes they did - the fixed penalty adminstrators! Sat there all Power Happy! Much like yourself - it's OK I've been there in my own career, picking on the meak - but it's alright, you can have it as my collegue said "the meak shall inherit jack !!!!"!!

    Least I'm not back in an office tomorrow full of self centerted jack asses! Monday to Friday 9-5. I'm in a better place, even if you don't think so.:rotfl:

    They'e not old assumptions - I did 60hrs at the age of 16 ie MORE THAN YOU. I don't know what you do any way but if you're a civil servant, count yourself luck.

    by 8.30 I'd already started work by an hour!!

    So me thinks you got it pretty good!

    & should stop complaining .......or quit

    It's not their fault. The system requires you either to pay the FPN as per the terms, or go to court. The court has discretion, the administrators do not.
