Right to Return?

Hi all

I know that these days most companies won't let you return mobile phones if you decide you don't like it. Obviously if it's faulty it doesn't apply, I've got a vague feeling there's also an exception to do with signal? Am I imagining this or does it exist, and if so what's the criteria?

Thanks!

if you got the contract online you have 14days to return it if you dont like it, 28days if its faulty or you can change the handset. if its from a shop you cant change your mind. The signal point dosent really apply as you should have reolised this within the first few days of taking a contract out, if however youve moved house etc they very, very, very occasionally will let you out of your contract if you can prove you have no signal.
