Your case will NOT, I repeat will NOT be accepted by the ICE without having first followed and completed the standard CSA complaint procedure.When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0 -

no doubt at all dave that he was the "father"...just his way of stalling the process of paying....it was a very difficult time for my daughter but shes a tough cookie...:cool: ....
....great news to report since my original complaint just 5 days ago to the CSA,ICE and my local MP i recieved a call today from the CSA telling me my first payment in 13 yrs will be cleared in my bank fri....sharnt count my chickens before they've hatched.... .seeing is believing....:eek:!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are some men out their that given the chance will never pay any money towards the up keep of their children. My ex being one of them...he pays minimal amount despite being a policeman laughable i know a policeman with thousands of pounds of arrears. But thats where we are at!!!0

very selfish indeed...i spoke too soon on my last post as i was due my 1st payment in 13 yrs in my bank fri n to no great surprise it wasnt there!!!!!
