Can't change my Internet Explorer homepage?

Has anybody found a solution to this yet? I've looked at the registry, and I don't have the options set out in previous replies - in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft" the only folders I have there are "Messenger" and "SystemCertificates". There is no "Internet explorer".
The homepage I am stuck with is "Google", and I am now wondering whether this is something to do with having previously had the "Google" toolbar, which I have since uninstalled.0 -
There is an update to zonealarm which may fix this problem
