I'm back at running club tomorrow and I've just entered the Great North Run 2010 ballot! :T

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Ames, what a pain. I read about it a few montsh ago too. I hope its sorted soon :D

Sally if you were closer I could have got you powder from work. Works out much cheaper. One box can last us about 3 1/2 months and we do at least a load a day :D What you up to this week? :rotfl:

Thanks hun..I think I have enough for another 1-2 weeks and I won't need to buy other things that week so it all pans out in the end!
What am I up to...let me think! Work, housework, school runs, college application (I will send it off this week!) and kicking OH up the Bum :D

Sally - I do something I read on here once. You take one third of say Tesco value powder, one third of a good powder like Bold, and one third of soda crystals. Mix them all together and then only use HALF of what you would normally put in the machine.

Works great and lasts for ages.
