Becky, that's further than I usually drive ina week! Hope you enjoy it.

Today I'm going to asda, doing OU work, packing and watching Leeds thrash Man U.

Ames - you is molto ottimistico!! himself is glued to tv, watching the match and complaining that it isn't available in HD:confused: I'm banned from watching unless there's a penalty to be taken (apparently I'm bad luck - that's why they won the premiership when I did first aid at Elland road:confused::confused::confused:)

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Cat,
My brother is like the kiss of death to Newcastle United. However they did get relegated last season with him 6k miles away so I guess he can't be blamed for everything.

    More snow here.
I'm settling down this afternoon to putting down my three month plan to a new job / career whilst watching Pride and Prejudice - must keep focused and remember I'm not planning on becoming a period costume designer! (and doing the ironing!)

 Why can't people clean up after their dogs? Trying to negotiate slippy paths covered in carp whilst pushing a wheel chair is no fun.

    Rant over.

DD1 emptied and reloaded the dishwasher whilst we were out

And did all the ironing

  • It's a lovely day here but all sloppery and nasty underfoot.
