Ellidee I have yankee candle tarts. They sound/look expensive but they arnt really. I brought a oil burner for £1.99 at a charity shop and then the tarts are 99p each. Obviously you need tea light too but they are quite cheap. I can make every tart last about 13 hours before having to replace. Sometimes though I will burn one fragrance for 4 hours and pop the remaining tart out (once solid) and change fragrance.

I now have four differnt burners and use one solely for oils, although I find this expensive as I use body shop oils. I always ask for tarts for christmas/birthday or I buy them on ebay in lots. Better than any other fragrance candle I have brought or any air freshners :T

I used to have a fear of wasps! then when i was living on my own with my 2 older girls I had a wasps nest in the garden - so the house was constantly full of wasps - didn't want the girls to grow up terriefied cos of my fear so everytime there was one in the house I would kill it - and sing 'another one bites the dust' (it was the time when gladiators was the in thing on TV) It helped me get over my fear and stop me terrifying the girls! I still do it now!!! (kids now think I am just mad - but it works!)

Oooh Casualty's exciting! Thought they were all gonna drown then.

Dad's just phoned me apologising for nearly forgetting my birthday!

Sally (a bit late sorry), ex, who's half Italian, used passata all the time, he used to chop chunky veg into it, or just whatever was left over.

I saw a classic January aisle at Tesco - reduced mince pies etc one side, easter eggs the other.

Just realised that the (£3) dress I bought today for Venice can't be worn there, as it's above the knee and churches don't let you in unless you're covered below knee. Oh well, at least I'll have some clean clothes when I get back!

Pap, I've bought oils cheap on ebay before, but obviously it depends which types you want - rose will always be expensive, lemon and lavender will always be cheap.

Peacock's of all places! It was supposed to be a fiver, but I got that, a big thick jumper, and a little purse, all for £9.50. I only went in because I had to park outside it when I went to tesco. It's nothing fancy, just a long t-shirt dress.
