Morrisons had Casillero Del Diablo on offer for under £5 last time I was in - that's lovely stuff and definitely has a cork. :drool:


Also wont hold sparklers. Or let the kids hold them.

Reading all of the posts tonight have been really inspirational. It is funny how alike we all are really, with the 'saving for special' and the fears we have.

I have so many small fears (as well as the usual big ones, like dying before my daughter or losing my dad) that I think I am a pathetic person and how will anyone like me when I don't like myself most of the time.

Tenmah you are so much more then the sum of your fears. and as Spud and I have found many of our fears are more common then you think. you are not pathetic. I shall have to ban you from putting yourself down you know!!! xxxx

Oh thank God. my friends had them new years eve and I cried off saying it was too cold to go outside...............xxxxx

I think a lot of the fears peeps have mentioned are perfectly normal and natural. Do any of you who have had babies remember that 'startle' reflex they had when they were newborn ?

Ellidee I have yankee candle tarts. They sound/look expensive but they arnt really. I brought a oil burner for £1.99 at a charity shop and then the tarts are 99p each. Obviously you need tea light too but they are quite cheap. I can make every tart last about 13 hours before having to replace. Sometimes though I will burn one fragrance for 4 hours and pop the remaining tart out (once solid) and change fragrance.

I now have four different burners and use one solely for oils, although I find this expensive as I use body shop oils. I always ask for tarts for christmas/birthday or I buy them on ebay in lots. Better than any other fragrance candle I have brought or any air freshners :T

I used to work in a sparkler factory...it also made matches and pesticides...it was a scary place :eek:
