Playing music on LG Cookie

I bought this phone for a friend a couple of months ago but she has only recently tried to use the music player. The problem is it plays one track and once it has finished it stops - it never plays the next track.
It seems to be impossible to play a complete album.

Is this normal for this phone or is she doing something wrong?

If you go to the Music thing and then create a Playlist (select the tracks to play). Then choose the playlist you just created to play - it will play all tracks in that playlist non stop.

PS You also need to have properly tagged albums to play albums by selecting particular album from Music->Albums.
