  • Sorry to read your having a hard time at the moe. Im 27 so nearly the same age :) Just wanted to say i also think its not always the norm to just get to sit down together and watch some tv etc. In our house im often busy at night or on the comp as DH is on his PS3 or something but we have recently said that on a friday night there is no Comps/PS3 and no extra chores for me (just do the bottles and quick tidy from dinner while DH puts any toys away) then we make a point of watching a film or something together.
Hormones are a bad thing arnt they :) Not long till your scan now. Mine isnt till dec 9th so have a bit longer, cant wit to have it and know baby is all ok......

  • Good news you could get the car sorted for less then KF were going to do it!!
It does sound like hormones if you think your being unreasonable with OH... maybe you can speak to your midwife at your next appointment?? If you think maybe he is being surspicius (sp???) then maybe he is hiding something else like his worried about baby/job Or maybe he is organising something for christmas??? Hope you feel better soon xx

  • Hun its perfectly normal to be nervous about having another, my DD was 14 months when DS was born:eek:, i was terrified through the pregnancy, what if i couldn't cope, how would i love another as much/the same etc etc, but you do it and you do love them equally and you cope, your maternal instinct kicks in and its ok, bl**dy hard work but its ok.

With reference to the piles, i was like that after DS as i was on iron tablets, drank loads of water, orange juice and peppermint tea which eased going.
  • as pennies says its normal!! Try not to worry! You WILL cope and you will love this baby just as much as you do dd etc. She will have a little brother or sister to play with and after the first few weeks of madness you will find a routine and you wont be able to think of what it would be like without baby :)
Cant help on the piles sorry but I hope the stuff from drs helps soon.
As for the being paid mthly. I have tried loads of different things and it takes a while to work out what works best for you. I wor out what has to be paid bill wise and then see what we have left for everything else and shopping etc.... Maybe you could get a seperate bank and have one for bills and then one for shopping etc?? Or take the money out for the mth and eep the bills money in the bank??Im sure you will settle down after a few mths of getting used to it all......
