An alternative to Talk Talk please

I have been with Talk Talk for about 18 months and due to their crap customer services I want to move to a new broadband provider. I want a Broadband. home phone with free calls package. Any ideas anyone? I was thinking about BT

Ah, almost as bad as mine then! Mines just orange and Talk Talk.
Personally with BT, I had problems with them. In the end i didnt even get the broadband installed because they kept advising me of dates my broadband would be ready then changing it to a week later. I just left them and now have a dongle, but waiting for my phoneline to be reactivated I have been looking at plusnet which is ideal for me (and a 30 day contract).0 -
I'm due to swap from Tiscali / BT to Post Office for BB, line rental & evening, weekend calls next Friday. Fingers crossed it's going to go smoothly.0
