Click start, control panel, user accounts and click change account select the account and click change name.

Email account, not usually possible but the best chance is to contact the people hosting it and ask them to change it.

Network logon at work contact your network administrator unfortunatly they proberlby wont as they normally use a pattern that means they shouldnt get anny duplicate names based on your full name sometimes incorporating dates of birth. so you will need to change your name by deed poll for that one.

Username for forums and other online things contact the moderators or site owners and ask them nicely.
