Cannot beleive that thy are doing the double up deals but it is not valid on wine this time...was hoping to stock up on Cava (for Christmas of course;))
I am starting the Curves diet next week (need to fully understand it and get the right food in first). I am a little concerned as it is a very well reasearched diet, however the first week only allows you 1200 calories which really is not a lot for someone of my size:eek:. The following three weeks are 1500 each then two weeks of 2200 then back to the begining again:eek:. Its all about keeping your matabolism on its toes. However, funnily enough there is no wine/alcohol allowance for the first 4 weeks:eek::eek:. I am going to give it a shot......but.....how on earth will I manage four weeks with no wine:eek::eek:

TPA, you werent thinking about spending £36 on cava were you?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I'm interested to hear about the Curves diet and how you get on. One of my friends uses the gym, but didnt do the diet as she doesnt need to lose weight. I could never remember the name and used to say to her, are you going to Shapes tonight hee hee.0 -

Of course not....I was hoping Tesco would double them up and I would get £72 to spend on wine:rotfl:
As from Monday I cannot have any alcohol for four weeks, how on earth am I going to survive???? Esp. as its my bestest mates birthday onThursday and we are having a sleep over:rotfl:I know, I go from being an OAP to a 10 year old within the same day:rotfl: Our sleep overs are legendary, lots of wine and no moving until at least the following afternoon!!
I went and bought Calcium, Omega 3 and Magnesium, all recommended by Curves for aiding weight loss along with controlling muscles, luckily they were all on special offer in the health food shop, after returning some shoes they ending up being money netural!!:p
I also bought (with a voucher that I got from doing an MS months ago) a pair of size 18 crop black jeans.............I have to be in them by the time I go to Vegas in December..they may be the only thing I have to fit me by then...but there again if thats the case it means I will have lost a further 2 dress sizes so:j

I have just been on Tesco.com, really not a good idea after a few too many glasses of Cava!!
I sucummed and bought Shred......oh dear just checked my invoice and apparently I bought Just Dance for the wii instead..how did that happen:cool:
Oh well not a lot of my birthday money left now:D

Just Dance is way more fun. The kids and I end up all hot and sweaty afterwards as well as laughing like loons. OH just doesn't get it. In fact its so much fun that DD1 has asked if she can have Just Dance 2 for her birthday. I'd far rather do half an hours worth of enjoyable excercise that 15 minutes of torture each day. Plus the time flies by and before you know it you've wasted an hour or so.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500

Actually moo, it was partly your fault, I remember reading about it on your thread a while back! I see there is a new one out in October, perhaps that should go on my Christmas list if I like the first one!!:D
Today I have an MS to do, its all over 1.5 miles away...hmm what to buy with the £5 purchasing allowance:cool:

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: No shred in the shop thank goodness or I would have felt obliged (sp?) Went for the slightly sensible option of Sunday newspaper - pure luxury! Bacon for hubby and a jar of peanut butter ready for the strange diet tomorrow:eek:. Hmm that reminds me I still have to write up the results:eek:
I am so proud of myself today (and hubby even lent a hand for a while) I can see the spare room bed!! I knew it was in there somewhere:D. Better than that I have found two pairs of jeans that fit and two really nice casual blouses that also fit, all of which I didn't even realise I had:o - that has doubled the amount I have to wear!! I have two bags for the charity shop, a box of stuff for ebay and two black bags of rubbish.....yep all of that from the spare room - its discracfull!
Oh well off to check ebay and write up that report.
