wow how much did you get for your comics? Do you feel relieved hun?
Also great with ciao, am i meant to rate other people too like on dooyoo?0 -
I rate a few people but don't spend much time doing it as you don't get much for people rating you.0

Okay I appear to have further knackered my knee, its taken me over half an hour to get off the floor. I need my painkillers and I think they're upstairs which is way beyond where I can get to right now - ARGH!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Crikey Dinah! Glad you had some nearby. Hope it wasn't too bad x
I have news. I'm finally learning how to drive! Or atleast getting there, getting my theory books and swotting up for the test in a few weeks then I've got my driving lessons sorted. Figured out I can sell my vespa for about 2k then buy a little corsa straight out of that. Eep!0 -
Hope you the codeine kicks in soon Dinah! Poor you!
Cinny, that's very exciting news! I think learning to drive is invaluable (even if you don't own a car) and doing it while living at home is ideal. Yay!LBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380 -
Oooh, exciting Cinny!
Not so good for you Dinah, hope the painkillers work! Ouch!
I've been making superheros on the Marvel site, there was a thread about in the Funny Money section, I passed the link to the girls in the office and they're making their own heros, I've never seen them so quiet and contented!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Ooh Cinny, very exciting and I agree with Poddle on both counts - best to do it now because once you move out there's always something else you need to buy and driving lessons don't come cheap. Does someone in the family have a small car you could practise in, or could you use OH's? Best to get as much non-lesson practice in as possible as it really gets you used to the roads, other traffic etc
How are you feeling about selling the Vespa?
Eek to painkillers in the fruit bowl! I think you need a bum bag to keep them about your person, hope you feel better soon!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
OH wouldn't trust me in his car
& It's a little too big! I'm insured on the work vans so my Dad says I can drive to and from work for extra practise which is good. Found a place nearby that does the first 4 driving lessons for £40 then £19ph after that, I wanna get my theory done so I can start!
Not too upset about selling my vespa, although I love it. Mainly cause I think my Dad & Uncle want to buy it off me for their driving school, so I can still look at it/borrow it if I get the urge! Been looking at corsas on ebay all afternoonSo pretty!
Hope the painkillers have kicked in for you now Dinah!0
