Good start on the MB! I might have to get OH to look into that, it seems like something he'd do well at!

My Amazon sales are just Sims 2 games, the other bits aren't selling! Who knew Sims 2 was still in demand?! When I got home yesterday to confirm shipment on the 4 I posted there was another sale! So back to the post office tonight, they're going to be sick of me!

OH has had his check up with the knee surgeon this morning who has declared him officially fixed! :j He's allowed to play rugby now, which is handy since he's been playing for three weeks!

I've not done any DY this week, I feel so bad! Just had a suggestion approved so I'll try to get the review written today... it's going to be a shameful weigh-in tomorrow! :o

Hope you're feeling better soon, Lulu. Do you suffer from anxiety or depression? I had the latter a couple of years ago and have had the former for around 5 years now and some of your posts strike a chord as far as moods go so was just wondering. If it's too personal, you don't have to reply!

Na its not personal, i dont mind talking about it. Obviously i dont broadcast it to real life people :rotfl:

Yeah suffer from both, have done since i was about 10. But never taken medication for it or anything. Past few years i really sorted myself out, good job, great social life and holidays etc. But the past couple of weeks everythings just getting a bit much. I think its the situation im in at the moment more then anything. But im sure it'll pass soon enough. :o

Now to stop bringing everyone down lol...

ETA: Great news about OHs knee Birdie! Dont worry, i've flopped on the challenge this week too. We can be losers together lol

Don't worry about that Lulu! You aren't bringing us down  Sending hugs your way, hope you're feeling a bit better soon. I suffer from both as well, since I was about 9/10. If you ever want a knatter to get stuff off your chest, you can always PM me x

Dinah - That's really good on the MB front. OH would be really good at it all, having a bookies mind and everything! But says it feels like he'd be ''robbing himself'' so I've had to give up on that one, as I don't understand it at all myself :o

Dooyoo have said they will not be unblocking my account as I rated a review within 5 seconds of leaving a comment (I left a comment because I had already read it!) so that's knocked on the head for me. Seems like a ridiculous reason to block me.

Birdie, Sims 3 question for you. Is there anyway to turn off aging in houses you are not playing? I have story progression turned off, but still they're aging without me! I don't want to turn off aging entirely, just only to age in the house I am playing. Great news on your OH knee.

NIM made £21 on MBing last night, he's hoping to snowball that into another £40 tonight. I could definately handle him making an extra £20 a day for 20mins work! A lot of the sites are partner friendly too, so I could do it all in my name as well - just need him to understand it 100% so he can walk me through it.

That is a completely stupid reason to block you! Surely they would realise that you leave comments on a review that you've read, or how could you comment on it?!

I don't know how to turn off other peoples aging, it's annoying when they all start dying though! I had a cheat to make friends with everyone which was great for a while but then my poor Sims were in constant mourning as everyone started to pop their clogs!

Someone calm me down before I do something I regret. A condition of our offer on the house was that an electrical periodical was undertaken at a cost of about £100. Today the sellers solicitor has said she is not going to be doing that. Well to me that says she is either a liar and expects us to just take this, or she knows there is a problem, in which case the house is worth less than we are paying.

Her estate agent is going to talk to her today, but I am minded to say 'okay if she's not willing to do it our offer has just dropped 3k, as we anticipate a need for a full rewire and redecoration associated with this'. Going to scream, I'm shaking I'm so angry, violates one of my personal codes - don't say you'll do something for an easy ride if you have no intention of doing it.

Urgh, no wonder you're cross! It sounds very dodgy, why say that you'll do something then back out when it's only £100's worth? Unless like you say, she knows that it's doing to be detrimental to the house value. I think you're quite right to say that if she won't do the periodical then you'll drop the offer by £3k. It's either pay the £100 or take a £3k hit!

NIM has been on the phone to the solicitor, and has a back up plan (which is going to cost her more than £100 by a long way!) if she decides to not fulfil her side of the contract. Some days I actually like the fact he trained as a contract solicitor (only other time I liked it was when he gave me his stress ball airplane from when he worked doing the legal side of plane sales, then my colleague tore its wings off :()

What a nasty colleague, you don't touch peoples toys! It's good that NIM has a legal background though, I hope his backup plan scares the lady!
