Well done Cinny, you're doing so well with the driving! When i get back on track with my money, driving lessons will be top of my list!

Only 7000 points away from my cheque on Dooyoo...im slowly getting there!

I helped my mum book her holiday online today...and i got £15 cashback for it through Quidco :j

ETA: Any news on your Dooyoo account Dinah? Is it worth you using Ciao now instead? I'm up to 99p. Been returning rates and rating some reviews on there, but still not sure how you earn money on there.

Well done Tink - that's excellent news! Well done for all the hard work.

Cinny, sounds like your driving is going really well :) Love your blog and the stripy jumper you posted - might have to go and hunt it out in town (if they're not all sold already).

CMD - I'll be willing your little one to come into the world soon as well - hope you get to use the lovely midwife led unit and birthing pool, big hugs.

Dinah that stationery is lovely, I really like the dot design Very classy indeed.

Lulu - well done for dooyoo. I have just got over the threshold for my first ever payout yay! Still have to wait for the pending miles to clear tho. Think it was one of the hardest £20s ever earned though - even harder than the Subway MSs.

Getting so excited about moving now - we will be in our new house on Friday :T

Fingers crossed for you (and the birthing pool!) CMD!

Invites are lovely Dinah, I love the bobbliness too!

Well done on the exams Tink!! How are you going to celebrate?

You must be so excited Lara, are you all packed and ready to go?

ETA - what's going on with Dooyoo? I've just logged in and I have 13795 redeemable points, I'm SURE it was close to 25000 yesterday because I was thinking "great, I'll be able to redeem this week and will have £30 of Amazon vouchers in my pot" - anyone else noticed anything??? I'm really annoyed, that's like £10 they've done me out of, but you can't prove it!!

    ETA again:

Just seen this notice on Dooyoo:

    Important Notice About Your dooyooMiles

    24/02/2010 - (02:28 PM)
Some of you may have noticed a bit of a dip in your dooyooMiles accounts today - we wanted to let you know why this is the case.

As all of you hopefully know, there are a few rules to being a member of the dooyooCommunity - just five in fact, so not too many to remember. Unfortunately, however, there are always a few people who choose to disregard these rules. Following some red flags being raised by our standard security checks of the site, we have been investigating some accounts further and have had to lock or suspend several member accounts this afternoon.

When an account is locked for abuse, the readings that that member gave to other members, and the dooyooMiles associated with those readings, are removed from the site. For more details on dooyooMiles in your account decreasing, please see the Help Pages. Today we have had to suspend a larger number of accounts than usual, which is why some of you may notice a decrease in your dooyooMiles. Should any of the abuse issues with the suspended accounts be resolved, some dooyooMiles may be unlocked over the next couple of weeks if the suspended accounts are reopened.

The main problem we are discovering at the moment is speedclicking. This term applies to any kind of unfair reading/rating pattern, either opening many reviews at once in separate windows, or clicking rapidly through a single member's reviews. Our systems can detect this behaviour and it is considered abuse. As it says in the Site Rules, "rate honestly, and read all reviews properly before making your rating", otherwise you can find yourself on the wrong side of our security checks.

    -Your dooyooTeam

So the bit in red - does that mean that if someone speed clicks me, then I lose the points they gave me?! Even so I don't believe there's a tenner's worth of speedclicking on my account. Grr. Really not feeling very motivated now, it would almost be better not to bother rating!

    EDIT again, sorry!

Further reading and I find that if someone is removed from the site all their rates are removed too ... has anyone else been removed apart from Dinah? I'm sure I won't have £10 worth of rates from her alone?!

Another busy day for me today, need to go to the bank and supermarket before going to work at noon.

oh no! I really dont get it at the moment! I try to keep to all of the rules! I dont think Dinahs rated any of my reviews recently so hopefully they wont take my miles..? I am waiting for loads to get credited through though :( I'm worried!
I won a fiver today on the free scratchies so that will help!
I paid rent today though, so now have £147! hmpf. (and I've written a cheque for £70 and need to pay my credit card in 2 weeks (£66!) lol. I think its fine though, I'll just raid the savings and hopefully sort it out over Easter when I'm at home, maybe work a few days or something.
Thanks for all the congrats messages! :D I am actually still on track for a first so I'm happy (could have done better but hey, I just need to stay on track!) Got to work on my dissertation now though but I hate it :(

I noticed a little dip in my miles last week (I believed I had a whinge about it!) but I figured it must have been the points from Dinah since she'd completely disappeared from Dooyoo existance! It's crazy how many points you've lost Tete!

    Clever girl Tink!:j

They definitely are! :D How's it going CMD? I really hope you get the birthing pool and stuff too.

Dinah I love the invites! I wish I was crafty like that.

Congratulations Tink! :T I'm about to start an essay that I have to do and I really can't be bothered - I'm coming down with a cold, my face hurts :(

You're doing well with DooYoo Lulu! I'm not restrained enough to hold out for the cheque!

Lara how exciting that you're moving in so soon! It seems to have all gone very smoothly!

Tete, how annoying that you've lost so many miles! My account is still the same. Dinah, have they got back to you about yours yet?
