  • I have two snowies left - I want to buy some make up to give to my mum for Mother's Day. Can anyone recommend a good No 7 mascara?

    Thanks in advance x

Hi guys Edinburgh Princess Street has LOADS of reduced No 7 upstairs, Foundation, lip stick, gloss, nail barnish and eye shadows. You can use your snowie's with them. Down stairs at the UD counter they had loads of reduced eye pigment powder (£2.50) and lipsticks. Not much xmas sale stock left just Chilli Pepper bags and electricals.

Managed to print 23 750pts vouchers today so bumped up my points. :j

Boots in the station never had anything xmas wise apart from Wrapping paper and the small one east Princess Street had 4 Rose sets and wrapping paper. At the back of the shop they also have RoC toner reduced to £1.50.

    Hi CPG

What are the 750 points vouchers for? and what are you going to spend 23 of them on?
:)I used to have a life............................... before MSE!!

I personally love the Extreme Length one which I have in waterproof black, but my sister has a sample one of that in black and she doesn't like the brush. Could perhaps be the size difference or because there's less product in there.

I always use a clear top coat on top of nail colour - and Boots sell one at the same price - £1.25 with a snowy ;).

Hi guys, can someone help me please? I got a coupon from the machine to spend over £35 and get some extra points. I bought some sale stuff just few small things a couple of creams and bits I needed. I had quite a few £5 vouchers so the sa said will have to put them through seperetely. Which is fine but I have checked and she put through the r& m brush and no 7 sponges on the same transaction. So £5 was taken of the r& m item but I have ended up paying ? 585 for the no 7 sponges.!

Well, they are defo not worth that to me! Can someone tell me if I could take this back and get a refund or what can I do? It just gets so complicated with the extra points for total amount but I wish I'd not got the extra points as it's not worth it.

!Sorry if this doesn't make sense. Please let me know any thoughts I would really appreciate it. Thanks x !!

    Hello!
You cant EXCHANGE items so you would have to go up and get a refund for it all and then redo the items with a different item in place of the sponges??
That £35 spend was in one transaction right?
Did you mean for the sponges to be done completely seperately by themsleves with a second voucher you had?

Hi all, Went into town with my mum today and I gave her 2 of my last 3 snowies. She was over the moon to get a cream blush and eyeliner for 75p of her own money with splitting the shop and using the £5 gift card she was given at xmas! Gave her strict instructions to hand over snowy first then gift card but she forgot by time we got to till and handed it all including AC in one go, & voucher was on bottom of pile. But lovely SA scanned it first without me asking, then I did next transaction for my mum, using remainder of gift card.

Earlier she had said she loved watching me get a bargain as I had spied a Gorgeous Feet gift set in the middle of the store with rest of that range, it was marked at £12 but I bought one last week for £3 in 75% sale and guess what I did today too. So we both had big smiles today!!!!
  • Also, those sponges are a rip off! (altho not an argument if just pay between 50p - £1). If you check online they are MUCH cheaper. They must have put the prices up to suit the £5 voucher deal.

I too had a shopping fest in boots today!
Bought the large Ruby and Millie case and 5 brushes! (3 transactions!)
    Got it all for £3!
The case is the massive version of this! Cant find a pic tho:

Yeah the sponges were to be put through seperately. I got confused.
