As someone who has had the pleasure of getting to know Sandra away from this board I can assure you that Sandra has a life so busy that it would put most of us to shame. In fact, I'm sure she longs for a quiet day now and again.

the boots threads are the first i check when i come on line and yes everyone contributes, i have myself. perhaps i shouldn't have singled someone out and i apologise if i've offended her but i remembered her name because not only is good advice given but the posts make me laugh sometimes

I don't understand why teaspoon is being so mean to the lovely sandrascarlett. I've been lurking on MSE for a while and I always enjoy reading her posts. She never has a bad word to say about anyone either. Does it really matter if she doesn't thank all and sundry? I believe the OP must be jealous of sandra because she is clearly more popular than herself!

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but why does aureol212 always thank really negative posts? perhaps she could answer that one?

Having searched all 273 of your posts (not one could be found on the old Boots thread) so a lurker I would think? I did however come across one that you and maybe others would like to see, to quote you

Hiya, i've totally lost my Bootsing mojo since the Boots thread got closed down, I couldn't tell you the last time I shopped there but I occasionally pop on here for a read and I have to say I love reading Sandra Scarletts posts, she takes the ordinary and makes it sound so exciting, she sounds like she has a great time on her adventures and I hope she's not too hurt by some posts which sound like criticism of her. Please keep posting SS as you make me lol reading about your adventures with BV etc. :T:T

I don't go around checking who has thanked who, promise! But I have noticed that SS does not tend to thank her fellow Bootsers. Just my own observation.

I loved the old Boots sticky thread, it was full of fun and glitches. i recall so many of the 'old time' Bootsters like, Polls Dolls, Liverbird, BhamDave, Sally06, Mineymoneyme, Passion8, etc etc, posting away, it was great. I don't always have time for more than a quick flick through, these days, but i do enjoy seeing all of the posts by the former inhabitants of the old thread.
There were some fabby glitch spotters there and I liked them all equally. They saved us all a small fortune!!

But I also certain points which are a little tactless and maybe thoughtless too. Especially as , as you say you are, " a regular lurker on the Boots threads" so mostly reading and picking up the bargains but not posting and thanking people for them!!!

Perhaps Teaspoon, you have stirred this thread a little too much with your comments? i think Sandra and all the other regular Bootsters, who take the time to contribute to the threads deserve some thanks every now and then from the people who are taking advantage of their help, knowledge and glitches!

I would like to think Teaspoon that you posted in haste perhaps??

When I look at those who have thanked you, i can see one or two familier names from the old thread, some of whom where part of a group who were instrumental in the downfall of the old thread. i wouldn't want MSE to ban ANY future Boots related threads, so i hope this is all soon forgotten, don't you?
