My hot tank thermo in the airing cupboard is set at 60 and the dial on my boiler goes from 1 to 7.
Currently in this cold snap set on number 7 usually on 6,stacks of hot water and rads are piping hot.0 -
What are your settings in the summer?0

Maybe the faulty valve was sending too much hot water to the tank so it heated up real quick.
As long as your radiators are hot and you adjust the boiler and the water then gets hot I wouldnt worry/.If you found my post helpful, please remember to press the THANKS button! --->0
