I've seen a few when I googled it, but wondered if anybody had a recipe that they have tried and can recommend?

    Thanks! :)

    Hi Wilykit

Been mooching through recipes books and I've made this one for peanut Butter Cookes before and they're lush.
Its from the same recipe book as Twinks hobnobs recipe so you know its a good one :) (Bread, Cakes & Biscuits by Mary Norwak)

    Peanut Butter Cookies

    Ingredients:

    4oz butter
4oz peanut butter (cruncy or smooth or mixture of both)
    4oz caster sugar
    3oz soft brown sugar
    1 egg
    ½ tsp vanilla essence
    6oz plain flour
    ½ tsp salt
    ½ tsp bicarb of soda

    Method

Cream together the butter & penut butter, beat in the caster & brown sugars, the egg and essence.
Sift in the flour, salt & bicarb, mix into the creamed mixture.
Roll small balls of the dough and put onto greased baking tray, flatten with a wet fork. (I don't try and roll them as too messy, just dollop a teaspoon full onto tray and then flatten)
Bake in a moderate oven (180degrees) for 10 mins.
    Cool on wire rack.

moneysavingdiva's :A cookie recipe is the one I would give you, they are very good, and I do them egg free too by using mashed banana instead.

    Hi Mrs Skint here
This isn't quite that simple--but it's just one mixing bowl and it keeps my kids busy. And you get lots of cookies.
