Popping in to say Hi, from farmville to here and back again.
  • Oooh good luck with the interview!!!
    Start Date: 27/11/2010
    Padding: Day 42
    Target £8000
    Amount: £562.23
  • On payday I put anything not accounted for by bills/food/entertainment into my PAD account. I used to have a spends account (Only account I have a card for) and just use that for cash then send money to the PAD account.

This way if I need cash I have to take it from the account I think of as PAD. I'm finding that this is stopping me from using as much cash, as I have to take £10 PAD money out of the account to enable me to withdraw from the cashmachine.

I'm only PADding £1-£2 per day at the moment in case I need cash, but will send the rest of the money the day before payday.

Does that make any sense? Sometimes I think us MSE folk over-complicate stuff!

    Thanks for the explanation!!!

Wouldn't it be cheaper to pre-book a cab or persuade a friend to drop you off?

Good luck with the interview, and well done having such a productive weekend. I did absolutely sod all, apart from farming and cooking in my cafe!

Are you on my FV list? I get confused as to who is who (and pounce on potential neighbours like a crazed loon!) in real life :D

Good luck with the interview tomorrow - if it's this side of the water & I can pick you up off the train anywhere, let me know if I can help - I start at 8 so time isn't an issue

    CM

PS - I do a wee bit on FV if you need more neighbours

I shall friend you on FB if I can find you! *edit* Are you the one with the sepia coloured pick or the one with Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz?

I get off the train at 7.45 at Rosyth and have to be at the credit cards place for 8am, worried I'm going to be late :( If you think you can help please PM me, I'll be online between prepping for the interview.
