can i get my money back on a game from argos

I was bought a xbox game from argos for christmas,,i opened it,however it will not install all on my xbox,the other 3 games i recieved will do..so it must be a fault with that game..so can i get my money back on it or will they just exchange it??,i prefure the money and but it from some other shop incase they are all same.

and they was bout with vouchers,so will they put the money back onto vouchers or in cash?

    If the disc is faulty I would expect them to replace it

    Are you sure you have enough free disk space to install the game?

    yes and dont you just play them directly from the disc anyway

    yep got about 17gb free space..if i play it from the disc it plays but only played like one fight,,if the disc is damaged half way up would it play only so far?should i just keep it and try,,only worry is if i dont get upto that part for 2 months

    i like to install as the drive is a bit noisy,,i install all my games to drive but this only gets to about 78% and bar wont go anymore :confused: the wife insists the drive spinning does her head in.i must admit it is a lot quiter doing it this way

    ive tried twice again whilst on this forum..assassins creed 2,dirt 2 and mw2 all installed no priblem.

    more than enough...the most a game a game ive had take up is around 6 odd gig.a mate of mine has the game as thats what ive got it for online play,,ill ring him ask how much it takes up on install,,but it normaly says if there isnt enough space

    Which game is it? I know a couple of games have had a problem with installing. One you just had to delete or add some other things and it'd work (though that might have been on PS3)

    its street fighter 4 on xbox 360..im going to take it to a friends house tomorrow and see if it installs on his before i go back with it..been looking forward to playing this onlne for so long
