Seems like the general problem with the BT website is cured today, 12 Jan.
Can you comment publicly on the following:
(a) the addition of all calls, including 'free' calls, to the 'recent usage' is most welcome. Please pass bouquet to the relevant people.
(b) if it's been publicised, where?
(c) if it hasn't been publicised, why not?

it was this re-alignment of billing that started me off on the hunt for a new provider as soon as i could leave bt. coupled with their too slow website, and not being able to view my bills. however, nobody has told me that i could be due a refund, as i have paid in advance since may 09....... do i have to chase for this? i paid monthly dd and ceased my contract 30th dec.0

Hmmm I just checked mine as my contract is up this month, thank god!
However, all my old bills seem to have disppeared apart from the last two... I never got my £50 deposit back in fact BT apparently have no record of ever taking this.
I hate Bt , customer services suck, the charges are sky high I am so happy to be leavng!0 -
