Restaurant.com question please - is there an expiry date - I can't see for looking! I am going for my first trip at the end of October so is it a good idea to stock up on certificates? Also is it one certificate per month per restaurant that can be used?

Thank you for any help you can provide - this site has been so informative

they don't appear to expire any more (according to the t&c's, and also according to what's written on the one's i've got!)

this is a new thing - it used to be that they were only valid for 12 months!

    additional stuff here: http://www.restaurant.com/terms.asp?pgn=x

I don't think it would work. The restaurant calls the number on the certificate to get it validated and gives the voucher number which I would think would be tied back to you/your account. I think (though could be wrong) that if your in-laws presented a voucher on 1st September and it was validated, and then you went on 6th September the validation system would show that the purchaser had used one that month already.

I've never tried it though...you never know, it could work.

I was thinking that...sounds bad but i think ill keep them all for myself, as chances are they won't use them!

If they are valid over 12months as per above posts I can hopefully use them next year, if not im sure someone here will make use of them :)

The codes are usually the name of the place. For instance Viva Elvis code is Aria. Worked for me.

The norm with these is that you can only use 1 per month, dont know how strict they are though
