Called time on March's total at £1070. Woke up to a few sales this morning just waiting payment then l will add to Aprils total. Good luck to everyone for this month.
I boobed big time, listed a book with free p&p without realising. It sold for 9.99 postage will be £7.06 at least I think it was 6p falling to the floor meant that I didn;t really hear. Hoping to find a courier cheaper, it's just over 2kg. If not will be one to notch up to experience.
I did sell a book on Green met yesterday, yeah.
Good luck everyone for April & hope you all have a good easter & that the weather is kind to all you parents of school aged children0 -
I've sorted out my relists and got a system there for keeping track of what's sold and what hasn't without having to root through my ebay box. Got a few more bits of clothes to list and I found a pair of shoes the other day that I've hardly worn that I reckon are worth a tenner. I'm going to get lots of listing done this long weekend hopefully!0

Wow, I take it you're a business seller. Do you do ebay full time?

No not a business seller just been lucky to find a niche in the market and doing steady sales at the moment - l only ever start my listings at £5.99 and my max item is £23.00 l always do buy it now as well. l also send all over the world China,Korea,Austrialia,Canada,US places that alot of sellers won't do.l think this also helps with my sales.Ist 2014 : Win Weekend in York0 -

Is this stuff that you are buying specifically to sell on, if so, you should be registered as a Business with HMRC and with Ebay, they are getting stricter on these things now so be careful!Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -
Just seen Announcement on noticeboard about the number of items Private sellers are allowed to list.

People do buy the strangest things on ebay don't they! I have a load of stuff on 99p listings that I just keep relisting in the hope that it sells eventually. This morning I have a bid on a PS2 game (very suprised as it's version 6 I have and it's up to version 11 these days) and someone desperate to buy a very specific part for a cat flap and offering a really high BIN?!? It still suprises me what people will look for on ebay lol.0

Please please don't risk getting round the ebay rules by not registering properly, they tend to wade in with big heavy boots when they catch you. I tend to get lots of queries from people via friends and colleagues and the number of people being caught both by ebay and HMRC has never been this high, they seem to be catching a vast majority now and it isn't pleasant.
Make sure you change your registration to a full business account immediately, and obviously make sure you are fully registered with HMRC.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
