    Well done Mrscmr - l had a buyer who did BIN for £101.00 and hasn't paid:mad: so have opened a dispute. Other than that March leapt in with some good sales but has been slow this week. Hope others are doing better

    mrscmr...great news on the fantastic sales and the well deserved apology! I hope that horrid man felt ashamed of himself!

    Well yesterday i sold a book i made a 50p loss on it!!!!! AAAHHH And the reason for it was me being lazy!!! I assumed a book was the same weight as another book i sent so thought i'll put postage as £1.09. Someone bought it for £1.04. Then when i went to post it it cost £2.41!! I forgot it was a bit thicker so wouldn't go as large letter and was actually a fair bit heavier!! If i had only run upstairs to fetch it so i would weigh and measure it! :mad:

    Oh well...not a mistake i will make again! I dislike selling books!

    I've just wrapped up 16 parcels, luckily DD3 stayed asleep for the whole time I was doing it so was able to get on.

    Just got to have fun at the post office now.

    I admit it - have fallen off the ebay bandwagon :( For the first time since Jan 1 I have nothing listed... Have made £30 during March but that was just from relisting things! Just cant get motivated! My diet is all going wrong as well....... (Had lost 11lbs) HELP!!!! Need some inspiration!
  • Had another sale today of a BIN for £6 and I've got my ebay mojo back so that's good :)

    I had been feeling a bit demotivated too for a couple of weeks also as not much was selling. I had a good sort out of my ebay stuff which was all in a bit of a jumble in bags on the bed in the spare room and sorted it into my 99p bits and everything everything else. Going through my stuff helped me realise how far I'd come with my challenge and spurred me on to do more. I think doing something ebay related but not actual listings helped get me back in the swing of things too.

    Have got 14 things on ebay, most with watchers and a few bids, but there's nearly 2 days left so I'm not worrying.

    Don't forget the Royal Mail price increases on 6th April, you need to start building this increase into future listings to take account of late payers who might delay until after the increase.

    Youc an also buy bulk stamps direct from Royal mail and stock up on the pre printed 1st and 2nd plus large letter stamps. Spend over £50 and you get free special delivery included.

    With thanks to theonlywayisup on the ebay board

    Please be aware that from April 2010 seller details, name address etc must be on the auction page, not the about me page. Also it states categorically that PO boxes are not allowed;

    Please be aware that a post office box address is not sufficient.
