have you opened a dispute with this lady!!! I sure you have so sounds like to she's out to cause you more problems, did you look at her positve and negatives I bet she's done this before! be clear and send her an email stating that you never said you were refusing to refund all the costs and that you have discussed this at length with ebay, How much was the item worth personally she was the one that has lost her bank card and that you have refunded the costs so really she needs to work it out,make sure that you report this lady to ebay and paypal about the issue you are having thrn block her but please warn other ebayers about her.

also will be listing more items on ebay tomorrow myself but have managed to sell 2 already still waiting for 1 to pay, (hope it's not the same lady) good luck with her.

Regarding the woman asking for a refund via Postal Order. Whatever you do, don't send her this as you will have no record of refunding her by this method and she could possibly get the postal order, paypal refund and the item too!

You should only refund as she paid. Even if she lost her bank card, she still has an account so the card shouldn't make any difference for her getting the money out

Some people are just ridiculous ginga - don't let it put you off though, most buyers are ok. Think of it this way, if you let her put you off then think of all the money you might be missing out on just because of this one moo. Don't let her get you down

Thanks JesaRose and Sparkle - I'm going to email her and explain all this to her. It's a lot of hassle for £7.63! Think I may even block her after this is sorted out!!! :mad:
