You're not having much luck are you at the moment, have you checked the others being sold to see what she means? Hope you get it sorted out.

Yeah i had a look and one says it includes the shapes which most second hand ones dont. So I guess she has seen them on a different sale/or on the ones from the shop. Ill just see what she says she seemed like a genuine person so hopefully she will be ok with it or be happy with the refund...

Well I am demotivated again! I sold an item on the 30 jan (or there about!) Piece of jewellery, I brought myself from the shop of the make on the piece of jewellery it aprx 20 yrs old now so no reciept only the original box & care cards. Anyway I posted it , the buyer on reciept of the item contacted me to say it wasn't an original. bearing in mind I had already sent loads of photos (not by ebay! - silly me) and answered all the questions as promptly as I could & as honestly as I could, with Soolins help (Huge thanks soolin!) told her to return the item & I will refund the amount she paid, ie the price of the item & postage to her, She has now responsed some 16 or so days after & said she either wants the price of the jewellery refunded so she only pays for postage basically or I am to refund the item with postage plus the cost of postage back! I have just spoken to ebay & they say that I am being perfectly reasonable. What does everyone else think - I am soo angry - Please be honest am I being fair or not ? I am sorry to hijack this thread thank you for your help
