Hi, just came across this thread and wondered if I can join please?

Planning on listing tomorrow night, and already have about 16 items on already.

I must have around 100+ dvd's and the same cd's. Wheres the best place to list these? Is Ebay good for CD's and DVD's? Or would amazon be better?

I'm back in the ebay swing of things - 32 items listed, some with bids, £10 or so paid for tonight and £25 waiting on payment that ended tonight, 4 ending tomorrow (bids on two of them), 6 more photographed and weighed, just need to do descriptions for them - that's more like it!

I've been listing my old Judy, Bunty, Debbie and Mandy Picture Story Library books and have been doing them at 99p each.

ooo TMD... i used to get bunty every tuesday and my sister would get mandy. used to cut out the dolly from the back and all her clothes... wish i still had my comics!

The ones I have are the small ones with the story in, they used to have a famous person on the back cover and were out once every two weeks I think. They still sell Commando comics the same for boys but don't do the girls ones anymore. I have about 200 of them and am keeping all the ones I bought that I used to love and read over and over again. I'm having to sell some though to make some money but am hoping when I'm out of debt to buy the oldest ones and collect them for my girls for when they are older as I used to love reading them.

I used to call them my Ip Dip books as I used to ip dip about 6 to see which one to read as I could never decide and then I'd get down to the last one and it was always one I didn't want to read as much as another one so would just read the one I wanted. My dad still laughs about it now.

The good old days eh! when we were so young and innocent. I still remember the first one I got, it was Mandy number 13 Mystery of the Ballet, god I feel old now, I was reading one earlier today that is 30 years old.

Ive got loads of comics and those little books in my parents attic! I used to think I had a library and catalogued it all - I just hope they are still in good condition up there (They've been there a while) Reckon I have loads of Bunty, Nicki, Mandy and others....Definately loads of childrens books too. Must get up there at some point and get them all down to have a look at them (with a view to selling)
Have been away for the weekend but come back to sales last night! Which is fab.... But now no items listed got a black bag full of stuff to list though - so will start photographing it tonight! I will I will!
