than learning to speak english you actually mean you want to know the exact software on the computer, whether it is plugged in, if new or been used before (brand new computer it is so surfed for 10 mns if that before downloading avast) etc...for people who are less techie i think this would help more. "speaking english" might be a bit hard on people. I'm ok as not taken it to heart but others might not appreciate comment!Maybe if the OP learned English & how to communicate it would help enormously..............

So you've installed another AV program 'you believe'. But did you remove Avast fully beforehand?
If you are in the habit of installing 'unknown' programs that may or may not be proper AV programs, then I'm not surprised that you are having problems.No free lunch, and no free laptop
