Central Heating System problems

I have been told by plumbers that my microbore pipes and radiators have furred up with age , different plumbers have given me different solutions , one says a complete new system , another says flush it out , but it may cause leaks , another says replace a couple of radiators to allow space for the heat to go through and another suggestion was to replace my existing boiler with a combi boiler as it will have the pressure to push the water and the heat through. The question is , who is right , bearing in mind my house is up for sale and I am reluctant to spend more than I need to. The boiler is only six years old , new pump fitted last month also a new change over valve fitted two days ago. Heating not working at all now , neither is the hot water , no heat in any radiators at all now.

Hi
As you have no heating or hot water I wonder, is the boiler working at all?
If it is how long does it fire for?

Boiler is working , but it keeps tripping out as the plumber says there is nowhere for the heat to go , it is just building up in the boiler he says. It fires for a minute or two.0

How long have you lived there?
Has the pump gone before?
Have you or anyone else been playing with anything (any valves/levels/handles etc in the airing cupboard, by the boiler or rads) ?Not Again0 -
Hi
Boiler fires for a couple of minutes every hour or so? (Something like that.)
There's no circulation. Is the pump working ? Is the 'change over valve' an electrical one?
