Thanks to MSE for mobile phone problem
I never cease to be amazed about how this website can help out. My mobile which I got last Christmas stopped working just as we were about to travel up North for crimbo in bad weather. I looked on this site and found an unlock code for my old Nokia so that I was able to transfer my Vodaphone Sim to my old Orange phone with no problems.
My faulty phone has been sent back and a replacement has been received already so full marks for Customer Service to TTsims. They replied to an email to give instructions for return immediately they were told of the fault.
