Ok....so the plot thickens....I ordered two of the sofa beds, then emailled marksies to ask if I was definately getting sofa beds as the description in my email said Bird Hooks Wall Art.......heres my reply

Well, you now have it in writing that you purchased a very specific type of sofa bed which acts as wall art and a bird hook. If the 3 in 1 product is not delivered, I say sue 'em!

maybe it's one of those fold into the wall beds which looks like an "arty bird hook" when folded!! could start a new trend!

You stand to be returning items lol

You don't have it in writing that you'll be getting sofa beds,you have it in writing that you are getting bird hooks.sofa beds in brackets is to show that was the falsely confused item to make it clear.

Nobody will be able to do anything about not getting sofas as it was blatantly obvious it was an image mistake and nobody would order without reading the description

My 'sofa' order does not have a description just the item no and a link - if I click the link it takes me to a lovely picture of my sofa and for the description it is just a product code.... therefore surely I should get the lovely sofa....or not! Have emailed M&S to confirm my item as it has no description but fair game to them if they don't honour it..... it was worth a punt! Of course if my £9.50 item turns out to be something really lovely I may just keep it! :beer:
