This is becoming so frustrating- finished shopping went to checkout and only one item left in basket!!! Did have an e-mail from them earlier to say that pen-pot had been dispatched by royal mail- I hoped it would be the armchair that was in the picture!
If I refuse delivery would I be able to get full refund including the delivery charge as it wasnt what I thought I was buying? I wonder.

Has anyone received the so called pen-pot yet?

im still waiting for mine to be despatched am still hoping it will be a chair! i have 80 plus items in basket that are all out of stock so its either buy small amounts and pay large postage or miss out. but i did manage to get a book, diary, stationery and goodness knows what jewellery on the way as no pictures! i hope its ok

also had a nightmare last night trying to place an order as wanted 50 items and you are not allowed to order more than 25 so as i removed things from basket it all went weird, finally got to the correct amount and then the non sale item i needed for delivery tomorrow one screen said ok next didnt so i got angry and gave up altogether in the end!
