Fellow M&S-ers, can I have the benefit of your wisdom?
If there are items in an order not yet despatched or to be despatched soon that you can no longer click on (no link) or that doesnt have the 'change' button next to it, does that mean you arent likely to get it?

Its just that I have a few orders like that now that are not yet despatched and the only things left on there that can still be 'changed' are the cheapy £1 and 50p items and if thats all Im getting off the orders I dont want to pay £3.50 for the priviledge as it makes them not cheap so I could try and cancel them all now, but if theres a chance of still getting the more expensive stuff I will leave them.


Oh and I've had one cancellation email today that I knew was coming, as the item wasnt on my despatch email but I've also had a random email saying 'one or more of the items was oos' for another order number (helpfully not telling me which/what/how many items were oos).

My stuff that was for store collection (all monday) has all changed so that I can only view the order not change it anymore (think its despatching soon) but I still dont really know what out of it I will be getting.

I think they may be 'ghost' items.

The items which you can no longer amend or change are usually the items you will get as they have now taken the money for these items, the ones you can still change you have not yet paid for and may not receive.

However as is the way with m&s sometimes stuff which is paid for and you are unable to change also doesnt arrive :rolleyes:
