I don't understand it. I placed a couple of orders with M&S about 5 days ago (or more) and I did NOT use one click, and there has been no movement of my orders at all. Other people seem to have ordered the same things as me AFTER me and they have received their orders.

What am I doing wrong? Nothing I ordered that hasn't been cancelled has even been marked as 'to be dispatched soon'. It's madness.
*I'm not talking about the DVD which is marked as 'to be dispatched soon' because I don't believe I'll get that.

Im the same. 2 orderes placed 5th Jan due for 11th Jan. Got the email on 12th to say they were delayed and to be delivered wait for it... the 11th Jan . All my orders including the dvd player are still at Items not yet dispatched. I too never used 1 click.

Same here. One was cancelled after telling me it was delayed (coat on p63 which I ordered quickly - or so I thought!). Still waiting on trousers ordered on 10th, no movement and have contacted CS twice. Reckon they will not be delivered on 18th if at all. Not happy bunny with M & S.

I can't find the s&g set on Boots anyway...

<UPDATE> Found it... Oh decisions, decisions. I got a £20 Boots voucher for Christmas so I might treat myself to one of those yummy sets.
