I have about 10 orders that I need to cancel and combine together. I'm really scared to do it though in case any of it gets bought by someone else. When is the best time to do it? Probably school run time in the morning?

What I dont get about the cancelling and reordering business is, some people have done it and 'lost' items as they must have gone oos, but others are having things cancelled that are oos and they go back on. Im probably not explaining this properly, but if M&S can stop something we cancel going back on as its oos anyway, why cant they stop things that THEY cancel going back on if they are oos?
