Aww those boys boots look so cute! No boys that small in my family so it wasn't me chokkers.

Ilovemykids I have sent back sets including pierced earrings and had a refund no problems, Got the email confirming the refund last week. I double checked it with the CS person I talked with and they said yes.

They can only give a refund on Earrings (& any other Body Jewellery, of the Piercing variety) if they are Faulty. The Store must then dispose of them.

If you've just decided you don't like them/changed your mind, they are not obliged to give you a Refund or Exchange.
It is printed somewhere on their Website.

Apparently it's against Healthy & Safety/Hygiene rules for anyone to exchange (& then re-sell) Earrings & Body Jewellery.
I guess that's fair enough, we wouldn't want Body Jewellery that someone else may have tried on :eek:

The same applies to Cosmetics - Boots, for example, won't exchange/refund cosmetic items.
