Don't give up. I got this yesterday and it has already gone to "will be dispatched soon". There is still stuff out there...just not much! I am crossing everything because my cashmere dress hasn't been dispatched yet...I will cry if I get a cancellation email!

Other companies have systems that reserve items in a basket as long as the customer is still logged in and active on the site. Then the products would only be released back to stock if there is a period of inactivity of say 15 minutes. It would be much better if M&S could do that.

Can you imagine the fights in an actual shop at sale time if all the customers started grabbing things out of each others baskets:rotfl:

Yes, it's a triple bead dop earring - top bead is a magenta/dark pinky colour, middle one is smoky faceted, and the lower (biggest) ball is a dark grey marble. Quite nice but not easy to match with a necklace etc

Does anybody know, if it says 'to be despatched soon', does that mean they have processed it ready to post? I'm just wondering 'cos my one click DVD player order says 'to be despatched soon' but I don't think I'll get it because I did it with one click.

If you are following links from this topic you are unlikey to actually get the item, because so many people are looking at it. Probably including ebay buyers, who will just buy anysize.

Unfortunately people posting links to be kind & helpful, has a downside as well.

If you try and find you own bargains, but just searching through the site, I find you stand much more chance of getting things.
