I've placed two orders with M&S, both say dispatching soon, delivery estimate 14th Jan.
They are all still in my order history, do you think i will recieve these even though they haven't been dispatched??

Have a three of these mystery items, i know one is a big bangle and another is earings but can have a look if anybody wants confirmation/descriptions.

I ordered a few items on 1st Jan, only one item was cancelled and I've had two emails to say that the items are on their way. As it's the 12th today and their website says "Standard delivery costs £3.50 per delivery address and takes 2-5 working days when the product is in stock" would I be in the right to approach them and ask for my delivery charges back? After all it is well over 5 working days....right?
